Dofasco integration with Arcelor-Mittal to proceed
Dofasco President and CEO Jacques Chabanier has announced that since that the U.S. Department of Justice has required Arcelor-Mittal to divest its Sparrows Point facility, Dofasco's integration with Arcelor-Mittal can proceed.
